FIRE STATIONS
German
Township Fire Department has two fire stations. Station 8 (also called
Company 8), at 5220 Kasson Drive, primarily protects the
residents in the southern part of German Township and Station 9 (also called
Company 9), at
8400
St. Wendel Road, primarily protects those residents in the northern part of the
township. These stations are used to store the fire
and rescue trucks that our members use to protect the citizens of German and
Armstrong Townships.
German Township Fire Department also has a Headquarters building next to fire station 9, at 8400 St. Wendel Road. This location is used for training, meetings, and for day-to-day administrative work.
