Scott joined the fire department on January 30, 2006 and became immersed in it full blast. Besides being the Secretary of the Board, he has found time to be certified as a First Responder, Firefighter I/II, Hazemat Awareness, Hazemat Operations and has a smile for all.
Scott was selected as Volunteer of Year for 2007.
He has been helping out in the layout of some of the mailers that you receive informing you of what we are doing or requesting donations.
On December 23, 2008, Scott was promoted to lieutenant and will use the call designation 8A11.
