On Saturday October 20, German Fire Department was dispatched to a grease fire in a kitchen of a mobile home on Rainier Dr. An aggressive attack had the fire quick extinguished, but the damaged to the kitchen was extensive. The Home owner made a vain effort to put out the fire with a garden hose, but it soon got away from him. He is seen on the steps of a neighbor's house being consoled by firefighters. Nobody was injured.
