Chief John M. Buckman III receives another award.
On August 14 at the Presidential Celebration at the Fire Rescue International, IAFC President Chief Ernest M. Mitchell presented the 2004 President's Award to Chief John Buckman for his "untiring work" with the Department of Homeland Security in the development of the National Incident Management System and the National Response Plan. John's wife, Leslie Buckman, was also awarded the award for her support of her husband during his work on these projects. Good work John and Leslie!
