We always are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us with fire fighting, emergency medical services, rescue, and administration.   If you want to dedicate your time to this worthy cause, please complete the membership request form below. 

We require that you be a healthy, adult, 18 years or older. And because we all know that today's children are tomorrow's volunteers, we also sponsor junior (16-17) members to help capture the energy of younger volunteers.  Take a look at our FAQ page to understand the time commitment to volunteer.  We also have made the department's by-laws available.

After you download and save the document you can open the Word document if you have a word processor that will open a .doc documents. You can then fill in the form on the computer, save it, and the email it to: germanfdhq@insightbb.com.
You can do the same thing with the .pdf document if you have a program that allows you to edit .pdf files.
If you can not do either method you must print the form and fill in the form and then mail, bring or fax the form to German Fire Department Headquarters (address 8400 St. Wendel Rd, Evansville, IN 47720 and fax number 812 963-5622).
